The kitchen is complete with stainless appliances, a farm sink, quartz counter tops and a 9 ft island for additional seating .

Beautiful windows overlook the pool and offer peek a views of the intracoastal. Watch the sunrise & sip your morning coffee from the wrap around second story deck . Seating is casual and comfortable for both a chat with a friend or a family meal. Enjoy a movie night or the big game with cozy seating in the living room or outside by the pool .

The upper level of the home is the perfect retreat for the kids with 4 built in bunk beds and it’s own seating area with television and gaming .

Downstairs you’ll find the laundry room , a spare refrigerator and a half bath with easy access to the pool.

The lower level has all the luxuries of a great afternoon. Swim in the heated waterfall pool, soak up the rays from the sun shelf or pool deck or relax in the covered shaded area . The private outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach .

There’s plenty of parking with 4 covered under house parking spaces and an additional space for an RV (complete with plug) or a boat.

For the fisherman in your group, you’ll find public boat ramps close by and vast options for both ocean and intercoastal watersports. Enjoy your morning walk on the beach , just a short stroll (less than 2 minutes) to the shore or cross over to Mantazas Inlet. Maybe venture over to Fort Matanzas, the Lighthouse , Historic St Augustine or spend your days building sand castles or relaxing poolside .

  We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Summer Haven. The house completely met our expectations and more. Very nice new construction house with pool. We loved the location: About a 2 minute walk to the beach on a short quiet road on the Atlantic side of A1A, and a short drive to St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine. We had 8 people in our group and there was ample room for us all. Love the long dining table.
  
  A few details that we appreciated: The house was well equipped in the kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and ample cookware. The beds were perfectly clean and comfortable. The house was well stocked with towels, and soaps, shampoo, and other little things that made things easy and convenient for us.
  
  There’s a fantastic food truck about a 3 minute drive south in Marineland that made great breakfast food and coffee. We are at other places all around a wider radius, including in St. Augustine and Villano Beach. The house is about a 10 minute drive to a couple of large grocery stores, gas stations etc.
  
  The property management company was helpful, accommodating, and attentive. We did not need anything during our stay, but pre and post, we found them very helpful and easy to work with.
  
  We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an awesome beach vacation. We would definitely rent this house again.

  The Cottage at Summer Haven was beyond our wildest dreams! So well-furnished and designed - every need was anticipated and planned for. An absolutely gorgeous home, and so very comfortable. The kids loved having their own loft upstairs, and the grown-ups' rooms were so well-appointed and lovely. The kitchen, pool/outdoor area, and living spaces were all perfect for our family vacation. And we had our own slice of beach all to ourselves for the whole week, just a 5-minute walk away!

  The house was prefect for my family. It was stocked with everything you will need at the beach. It is beautiful inside and out!!! Great place to stay and enjoy the beach or just hangout by the pool at the house. I recommend this house, my family enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be back. The management team was great to work with. With this pandemic going on, I had a few questions and they reassured me that we would be fine and we was. Definitely a 5 star place!!!!!

  I thought the photos might be staged or fake but wow this home was amazing! So spacious and beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds were so comfortable! The pool was heated which was great for us girls. We had planned to go out in town but once in for one night we simply didn't leave. Gretchen was so responsive and we loved getting deliveries so we could continue to relax. The beach was just a couple of minutes walk and we did yoga in the late afternoon- magical. Can't wait to book again.
